Spin and ya winning

17:05

It's been really important for me to find focus. I had a massive blip end of summer through to end of Nov and I re wrote a plan of fitness and yoga. I wanted a clearer mind but couldn't find peace until my schedule was settled.
Since coming out of training in my new job I've got a nice routine for the gym.
I like to spin and do the classes at the new Pure Gym in Purley and then do Aqua and cardio/weights with my mum and cousin at the leisure centre.
I want to try more classes around London so I've joined up with Class pass! Pay one fee and go to many studios around London. Love the fact places like Triyoga and Psycle are on it.

I've also cleaned up my diet and started cooking more.
Joe wicks' lean in 15 has really helped me find enjoyment in eating properly again. I went through 2 months of eating out and now I'm prepping healthier meals. Making a plan of what to eat has stopped me from convenience eating as well as over spending.
I was eating in restaurants far too much! Plus there isn't really anywhere near my work open for food to go 7-8 when on the late shift. So by prepping my meals I know what I'm eating and I'm also not as hungry because home cooked food has more nutritional value - I know what's gone in it.
If I am eating out though its at the healthier places around work like Detox Kitchen, Leon, itsu and Abokado.
I still have a list of restaurants in London I want to visit this year, but those visits will be more of a treat of the week/month instead of so much.
